Returns Policy
- Electrical & electronic parts are non-returnable.
- Return request need to be within 28 days of receipt.
- Please contact us by email at [email protected] prior to returning your order to receive approval.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with your return.
- All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs will not be credited due to item(s) ordered in error.
- We cannot take back "used parts".
- We cannot take back "installed and/or tried" parts.
- Please package returned item(s) with bubble wrap, paper and/or padding to protect from damage.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
